A Unique Approach to Fitness and Sports Medicine
The term "crescendo" refers to a gradual increase in intensity.
That is the simple explanation for the Crescendo Training approach.
We have found it works best to start by discovering where you are with an assessment to highlight strengths and weaknesses, imbalances, range of motion limitations, tendancies, etc.
Then we produce a Profile reporting our findings.
You can then use your Profile to establish a Plan.
You can use this information to create a plan yourself
or we can design a Program for you.
Specific Programs are offered if you want to experience
Crescendo Training for sports like Baseball, Golf, or Pickleball
or simply just for goals like Posture or Fat Loss.
A menu of exercises organizes some of our favorite movements
with specific written and video instructions
for safe and successful performance.
Tony created and continues to tweak the Crescendo Method
which is a reflection of his education and experience as a
Fitness and Sports Medicine Professional for over 30 years.
Sam is a rising Strength and Conditioning Professional
who has experienced the Crescendo Method first hand
and is now learning to coach it to others.
The most important thing to know about Crescendo is that it covers everything anyone is seeking for health and fitness.
There are 8 components of Fitness classified in
the Crescendo Method:
Cardio / Flexibility / Strength / Athleticism / Nutrition / Sleep / Stress / Intensity
Each of these Components is justified and relevant to your goal
regardless of whether you think it is or not.
One of the most common mistakes people make is that they spend too much time and energy on one of these components, without realizing that the neglect of the others is why they fail.
Crescendo will help you discover more about where you are,
understand truly where you want to be,
and properly steer you to success
Gradually Increase Intensity... SIMPLY for the Sport of Life!
"Working hard
for something we don't care about
is called STRESS.
Working hard for something we love
is called PASSION."
